I'm String. I've lived this problem from the inside.
My wife and I co-founded a high-ticket coaching business. She was the face. I ran the backend: ads, funnels, sales and operations.
We had one offer. We refined it and scaled it.
I've done this with my own money. That business did $4M in 4 years. Best 12 months: $1.4M. Best month: $201K. I spent $1.2M+ of my own cash on ads.
But here's the part most people skip.
At around $50K a month, our profits were shrinking. We had a team of 7. Ads were eating 30 to 40% of revenue. We were throwing money at channels we hadn't tested.
Bigger team. Bigger spend. Smaller profits.
So we cut the team from 7 to 3. Me, my wife and one sales rep.
Then this happened.

About $1M in 7 months. With three people.
Our best revenue and profit came after we cut the team from 7 to 3. Simple systems did the heavy lifting.
